Pizza Party for Year 12's at Somerville House before QCS Exams

OGA Committee members From Left (Annie Ward, Dominique Layt, Miriam Musgrave, and Liz Washington)

The OGA were pleased to host a pizza party for the Year 12's to wish them well for their final QCS exams held this week on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th September.  This year feels particularly significant as the last year of QCS testing which started in 1992.  Next year's Year 12 cohort will see the introduction of a new senior assessment and tertiary admission system (QCE).  As the Year 12's reach the end of their secondary education they will become the newest Old Girls of Somerville House.  We look forward to offering the girls membership to the OGA which can continue to provide links to help all Old Girls stay connected both professionally and socially in addition to mentoring opportunties, access to events, news of home and abroad, and career opportunities.  We look forward to continuing to celebrate the journey of all Old Girls!
