Somerville House scholarship applications are open for 2026

Old Girls with daughters starting year 7 in 2026 may wish to apply for a range of scholarships offered by Somerville House and the Somerville House Foundation. Scholarship applications for 2026 close on 2 February 2025.
The scholarship program provides opportunities for exceptional students who demonstrate academic excellence and support the values of the School. Each year a limited number of scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and/or equity (which may include hardship) to Australian students (citizens or residents). If eligible, you are welcome to apply for more than one scholarship; however, only one scholarship can be awarded to a student.
A number of full and partial scholarships are awarded due to the generous support of the School and Somerville House Foundation benefactors. The award of a scholarship is tenable for the student’s education at the School, subject to satisfactory academic performance and contribution to school life.
All applicants are required to complete the ACER Academic Scholarship Test.
