Class of 1992 Reunion celebrated 30 years
On Saturday 28th May 2022, the Class of 1992 celebrated its 30 Year Reunion at The Loft in West End. We were lucky to find a last-minute venue after our original venue suffered extensive damage during the Brisbane flooding. Sixty old girls travelled from far and wide to attend a night of canapes, drinks and dancing. We had the honour of hearing from our School Captain Rachel Woolley (Ellis) who put together a wonderful montage of video and photographs from our senior year at school.
Thirty years on and it felt like we were back at school again, childhood friendships reunited. It is clear how special those friendships are regardless of the space that may be between us or the time it has been since we last met. The connections we share are with us forever. A unanimous decision was made on the night to hold a Somerville Sisters Soiree annually so it won’t be another 10 years before we meet again. Thank you, Class of 1992, you are exceptional.
