Notice of Upcoming AGM for OGA
Please note that the AGM for the OGA will take place on;
Thursday 17th November, 2022
7.00pm
Large Chamber Room in Chambers Building, Somerville House
The Somerville House Old Girls' Association has a proud history of supporting the School and our members from 1901 to the present day with friendship, connections, financial support and gifts to the School, bursaries, mentoring, industry leadership to current students, and more. Celebrating our 121st birthday this year, we invite members who would like to contribute in a voluntary capacity to consider joining the OGA Management Committee.
The Management Committee consists of an Executive and Committee Members, who are involved with working groups for our different endeavours. These include Member Engagement and Communications, Isabel Bauer OGA Bursary, Events, and Networking. If you aren't able to consider the involvement required for a Management Committee position but would like to assist the OGA in some capacity, let us know if you have any interest in supporting one of the working groups, in both an ad hoc or temporary capacity.
In consideration of an OGA Management Committee position, please complete the i) Nomination Form attached with a ii) brief cover letter outlining your interest by 10th November, 2022 by emailing [email protected]. You may be interested in nominating for a position on the Executive (President, Vice President x 2, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary) or as a Committee Member. If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to appoint a proxy, please complete the attached Proxy Form and return to [email protected].
