Book launch and signing - Dr Pamela Davenport

At 11.00am on Saturday 26 November Old Girl and former teacher of Somerville House, Dr Pamela Davenport, will launch her new book ‘Reigning Cats and Dogs … Donkeys, Goats and Pigs".

The book is illustrated with photographs and cartoons and tells stories, some amusing and some sad about Pamela's animals. It also includes information about diseases and their prevention which was gleaned from her long experience caring for animals. Pamela also explains the myths behind the unusual names for her animals.

The event will take place at the Chambers Building on

Saturday 26th November, 2022 from 11.00am

All Old Girls are very welcome to attend this free event.
