With the year 12s set to graduate next week, OGA President Liz Washington spoke to the ladies about their pathways after school, and the Somerville network they can utilise post graduation.

For some, school will be remembered as the best years of their lives; for others, a means to an end - or something they couldn’t wait to complete.

But the OGA isn’t about what happened at school - it’s about starting a new chapter, and supporting our Somerville Sisters as they go out into the world as women.

Liz spoke about the unexpected ways that her Somerville network has assisted her personally and professionally since finishing school, and how “small acts of kindness, and support from your network can create ripples that significantly impact your career and life, often in ways you never expect”.

We look forward to welcoming the class of 2019 as our newest Old Girls!
